Privacy policy.

Short and plain, because the site collects very little.

Who we are

nuordinary is a business growth and transformation partner based in London, Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. Questions go to our privacy officer, Kirk Nelson, at kirk@nuordinary.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, company, email address and your answers. To keep spam out, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person is sending the form, using technical signals from your browser. Cloudflare explains what Turnstile collects in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum, at cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy. To count visits, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you. The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.

Why we use it

To reply to you and to start the conversation you asked for. We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t use it to make automated decisions about you.

Where it is kept and for how long

Your message is sent through Cloudflare, which hosts this site, and kept in our Google Workspace email. Both companies may store and process data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it can be subject to local law. We keep enquiries for as long as we are in conversation with you and for two years after our last contact, then delete them.

Your rights

Under Canada’s PIPEDA you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or withdraw your consent. Quebec residents also have the rights given by Law 25, including portability. Residents of California and Texas have similar rights under their state laws. Ask the privacy officer; we answer within 30 days.

Changes

We will post any change to this policy here, with the date it took effect.
