Digital strategy for businesses, healthcare, manufacturers and nonprofits
Your website, marketing and technology should be working on the same problem.
nuordinary’s digital strategy connects the parts of your organisation that usually get planned on their own: the website, search, marketing, data, software and AI. We look at how customers find you, choose you and are served, then decide what to fix, build or switch off.

Every tool was a good idea. Together they’re a tangle.
A website from one agency. Ads from another. A CRM nobody fully uses. A booking tool, an email tool, a spreadsheet that holds it all together, and now someone wants to add AI.
None of it was a mistake. It just wasn’t planned as one thing. So the data doesn’t connect, the customer gets a different experience at every step and nobody can say which part is earning its keep.
Digital strategy looks at the whole journey and the whole set of tools together, then decides what each piece is for.
What you get
- 01
A map of how customers find you, choose you and are served today.
- 02
An audit of the tools and channels you pay for, and what each one does.
- 03
Where the journey breaks, and what it costs you.
- 04
A plan for the website, search, marketing, data and technology, as one system.
- 05
What to keep, what to fix, what to build and what to switch off.
- 06
A roadmap in order of impact, not in order of who asked first.

Is this right for you?
A good fit if
- You have a lot of tools and not much clarity.
- You’re about to rebuild the website or replace a core system.
- You’re a practice or nonprofit trying to modernise without risking trust or compliance.
Not the right fit if
- You want a technology shopping list.
- You want software picked without anyone looking at how the business works.
Pricing
How pricing works
Every engagement starts with the truth about where you are and what you’re trying to change. Then you get the scope and the price in writing before any work starts: a defined project, a monthly arrangement or a mix of the two. You only pay for what the outcome needs.
Strategy work follows the same six moves as everything nuordinary does: See, Define, Map, Build, Move and Next. We measure the movement, not the activity, and when the work is done we ask: Where next?

Questions
What does a digital strategy include?
How customers find you, choose you and get served online; the tools and data behind that; and a plan for what to change, in order. It covers the website, search, marketing, data, software and AI together.
Do we need a digital strategy before a new website?
Usually, even a short one. A website is easier to get right when you know what it has to do, who it’s for and which systems it has to connect to.
Can you work with the systems we already have?
Yes. Replacing tools is costly and slow, so nuordinary starts by asking whether what you have can do the job with better setup. We only recommend switching when it clearly pays off.
Does a digital strategy cover privacy and compliance?
Yes. Every plan accounts for Canadian privacy law, consent for tracking and, where it applies, the rules for health and nonprofit data. Anything involving health data or payments should be reviewed by a lawyer before it ships, and we’ll tell you when that applies.
