AI strategy, implementation and automation for Canadian organisations

Use technology to create capability.

nuordinary helps established organisations use AI where it does real work: answering customers, handling paperwork, finding information and connecting systems. We start with the job that needs doing, not the tool, then plan, build and govern it so it fits how your business runs and stays safe.

AI isn’t going to fix a business you haven’t figured out yet.

Most AI projects stall for the same reason: they start with the technology. Someone buys a tool, runs a pilot, and six months later nobody uses it.

The ones that work start with a job: the enquiry nobody answers after hours, the form typed in twice, the report that takes a day to build, the knowledge that lives in one person’s head.

We find those jobs, decide whether AI is the right answer, and if it is, build it around your people, your systems and your obligations. Sometimes the right answer is simpler automation, or a better process.

Inside AI + Technology

Is this right for you?

A good fit if

  • You know AI could help but don’t know where to start.
  • You’ve tried AI tools and they haven’t stuck.
  • You handle sensitive information and need AI used responsibly.

Not the right fit if

  • You want AI for its own sake.
  • You want to replace your team instead of helping it.

Pricing

How pricing works

Every engagement starts with the truth about where you are and what you’re trying to change. Then you get the scope and the price in writing before any work starts: a defined project, a monthly arrangement or a mix of the two. You only pay for what the outcome needs.

AI + Technology work follows the same six moves as everything nuordinary does: See, Define, Map, Build, Move and Next. We measure the movement, not the activity, and when the work is done we ask: Where next?

Questions

Where should a business start with AI?

With one job that takes too much time and has a clear right answer, like replying to common enquiries or summarising documents. Prove the value there, then expand.

Is AI safe for sensitive information?

It can be, with the right tools and setup. nuordinary checks where data goes, how it’s stored and whether it meets your privacy obligations before AI touches real client, patient or donor information.

Do you build custom AI or use existing tools?

Whichever fits. Often the best answer is an existing tool set up well. Sometimes a custom assistant or integration is worth building. We decide by the job, not by preference.
