Business process automation and workflow automation
Stop doing the same task twice.
nuordinary automates the repetitive work that slows organisations down: retyping data between systems, chasing approvals, sending the same emails and building the same reports. We map the process first, fix it where it’s broken, then automate it with the tools you have or simple new ones, with or without AI.

Your team is the integration.
In a lot of businesses, people are the glue between systems. They copy orders from email into the inventory system, enquiries from the website into the CRM and hours from timesheets into payroll.
It works until someone is away, busy or tired. Then things are late, wrong or missed, and nobody can see why.
Automation takes those steps over. Not all of them need AI. Many just need the right connection between two systems and a clear rule.
What you get
- 01
A map of how the work happens today.
- 02
A list of what to automate, ranked by time saved and risk.
- 03
Fixes to the process before it’s automated.
- 04
Automations built in tools such as Zapier, Make, Power Automate or your own systems.
- 05
AI steps where reading text or documents takes judgement.
- 06
Documentation, alerts and a named owner for each automation.

Is this right for you?
A good fit if
- Staff spend hours a week copying information between systems.
- Approvals, follow-ups or reminders get missed.
- You’re growing and can’t hire your way through the admin.
Not the right fit if
- The process changes every week and nobody owns it.
- You want to automate something that shouldn’t exist at all.
Pricing
How pricing works
Every engagement starts with the truth about where you are and what you’re trying to change. Then you get the scope and the price in writing before any work starts: a defined project, a monthly arrangement or a mix of the two. You only pay for what the outcome needs.
AI + Technology work follows the same six moves as everything nuordinary does: See, Define, Map, Build, Move and Next. We measure the movement, not the activity, and when the work is done we ask: Where next?

Questions
What’s the difference between automation and AI?
Automation follows fixed rules: when this happens, do that. AI handles judgement on messy information, like reading an email and deciding what it’s about. Most good systems use both, and nuordinary chooses whichever the job needs.
Which processes should we automate first?
The ones that are frequent, repetitive, rule-based and painful when they go wrong. We rank them by hours saved and risk, then start where the payoff is clearest.
Will we need new software?
Often not. Many tools you already pay for can connect and automate more than you’re using. We recommend new tools only when they clearly pay off.
What happens if an automation breaks?
Each one has alerts and a named owner, and is documented so someone else can fix it. We also design automations to fail safely, so a stopped step raises an alert instead of losing work.
