Video production for brands, case studies and social

Let people see the work, and the people behind it.

nuordinary plans and produces video for organisations that want to be understood quickly: brand films, customer stories, explainers, recruitment and short social video. Every video starts with a clear job and audience, features real people rather than actors where it can, and is cut for where it will be watched.

Most business video is too long, and about the wrong thing.

A three-minute company overview with drone shots and music. It looks fine and says very little, and most people stop watching early.

Video works when it shows something people can’t get from text: the work being done, a customer explaining what changed, a team member people will actually meet.

We plan the story before the shoot, film real people and cut versions for each place it will run.

Is this right for you?

A good fit if

  • You need customer stories people will actually watch.
  • You’re recruiting and want candidates to see the place.
  • You want short video for social and ads that looks like you.

Not the right fit if

  • You need a national TV commercial with a cast.
  • You want actors pretending to be customers.

Pricing

How pricing works

Every engagement starts with the truth about where you are and what you’re trying to change. Then you get the scope and the price in writing before any work starts: a defined project, a monthly arrangement or a mix of the two. You only pay for what the outcome needs.

Marketing work follows the same six moves as everything nuordinary does: See, Define, Map, Build, Move and Next. We measure the movement, not the activity, and when the work is done we ask: Where next?

Questions

How long should a business video be?

As short as the job allows. Social video is often under 30 seconds; a customer story might run one to three minutes. nuordinary cuts several lengths from one shoot.

Do we need to be on camera?

It helps. People trust real owners, staff and customers more than presenters. We prepare everyone and keep interviews relaxed.

Do people on camera sign releases?

Yes. Everyone on camera should sign a consent and release form before anything is published, and patients or clients should never be filmed without explicit consent.

Do the videos have captions?

They should. A lot of social video is watched with the sound off, and captions are needed for accessibility.
